2nd dae of new yr..

Spent another dae doing visiting. This time round is mum's side. 1st stop was at serangoon. Dunno y everytime we go there, sure cannt find the place de leh..Went to Er Yee's hse & saw my nephews (Lucas & Louis). Grown so much! Last stop was San Yee's hse. Had dinner over there. Haiz..I realli ke lian my san yee & her family. They had been changing maids lots of time le..So far, there hadnt been one that can work well. San Yee had to shout at the maid all the time. Bo bian la..The maid realli cannt make it de. Anyway, juz now had a nice dinner. Cousins one table, adults one table. Had our little chat. It's been always nice being wif my cousins (Xiao Qing, Eddie, Pei Ching & their other halfs). Played Mahjong wif them..Been a long time since i last played. It's good to play juz now coz we haf 2 experts there. None other den dad & mum. My cousins, sis & myself were at the learning stage. Yep..even my sis was playing. & somehow she did manage to learn abit. OMG!!! I won a few rounds. Hehe..Not bad eh? We play till we forgt the time sia.. Well, looking forward to e next time we play again.

Hy, Diana, Zl, Gerald, Frankie & Edison coming over to bai nian. Hehe..I tink i gotta get scotch towels, tissue boxes ready ba. HAhaha...Zl shld noe y..AFternoon, hm, jw, tobbie & celine coming..For PROJECT!!!..Yesh..HAf to pia for ecm. Due on 1 Feb..That is on WEDNESDAY! ARgh..new yr do proj..How fun can tat be?

Xin Nian Kuai Le

Da Nian Chu Yi...Went to 9 places in all. This yr's visiting was very rush. Go visit relatives place for awhile den went off le. Felt abit bad la..like go eat & collect hong bao den go liao. Was caught in the massive jam at PIE. Think we were stuck for about 1 hr ba. Change our usual route also. Started off wif Sengkang this time instead of Tanjong Rhu. At least that was something different this yr. One thing tat didnt change was the "Tissue Throwing" tradition. Yep. bottles of water & tissue were all ready before we set off from grandma's place. Halfway on the road, tissues were flying from car to car. Orange skin were added this time round. We are all taking revenge. So we either put wet tissues or orange skins inside the other person's shoes. Usually the guys kenna la..coz they wear shoes so they werent see the things till they feel something cold as they slip their feet in the shoes. Haha..the scene was so funnie. I was surprised by my 2 cousins (Ryan & Keith). They can sure entertain themselves no matter where they are. They actually took the lemon seeds & peanuts to play some fighting games. Den whoever win can get the opponent's peanuts. Our mouths hadnt stop exercising since morning. Once we go to the different places, we will sure start to eat something de. In the end, when is dinner time, we couldnt finish all the food. One dae gone juz like tat. Well, cya ppl.

On e way welcoming Dog Year

Chinese New Year coming in few hrs time le...And that time is here again..the time I get to have dinner wif the "Little Family" on chinese new year eve eve. Hehe..Went to Marina South for steamboat. Had fun over there. One thing very ke xi was that jieying, huiying, diana & myself gotta go home early coz each of us had something on. Sorry guanhui, ellyn & libin. Cant join u all for the post activities. But tat dinner was wonderful though.

Dunno y juz tat I dun feel the mood in celebrating CNY. As in the atmosphere is not there. The "suspect" for this cause is PROJECTS!!! haha..Well, haf frenz who are trying to create the mood. I guess it did help. Thanx. Anyway, had my reunion dinner at grandma's hse juz now. Eh..as usual lor..Juz tat this yr we have 2 dogs running ard in e hse. They are so cute..When my 3rd uncle & family were about to leave, one of my cousin(Ryan) said bye to us. But didnt mention our names. So his dad ask him to sae again one by one. He didnt noe who was who. As in he was unsure wat to call my 4th uncle. He dun even noe my name sia. My 3rd uncle bluff him & sae I was "Ah Sim" (one of e aunties), he actually called mi tat. Wah lao!!! Tat's realli bad! He dun even noe i'm his cousin. Of all cousins, he's e oni one who dunno who am i. Sad case...

Hmm...chicken year hadnt been a bad yr. Juz hope tat in the dog year, kinship, frenship will continue on well.

Walking in e rain

Got up early again coz helped out in open house today for School Of Business at SPCC. 9.45am & people started to come in le. Well, sam & I were in-charge of marketing section la. We were kinda slack coz we didnt approach e students. juz wait for people to come. haha. Alot of ppl want to know more about the new course on tourism de & the student in-charge was very busy. So busy that she cant tk a break. So after awhile, we helped her out la..Sam, huimei & I went off at 1.30pm & joined jw, jy, huat & celine at JP for lunch. Didnt spent much time on doing the powerpoint slides n planning the procedure of UCCD presentation. Listen to some vietnam songs & they sounded kinda eerie & the tune like hokkien songs. Interesting. Jy, guess u learn a little bit about mi todae le ba after i answer your questions. Thanx jy for accompanying mi to buy formal shirt. Went to tiong bahru, dun haf the one jy bought. Proceed to bugis, also dun haf plus e place was messy. Walked to raffles city. haha..& it was raining. Started off wif drizzling & we were saying we enjoy walking in e rain & it started to rain heavily. But the both of us dun cr, juz walked. People is run de, we like juz walk normal speed lor. The best thing was both of us had umbrella but neither of us took out. Yep..due to laziness. In the end, by the time we reach raffles city, we were drenched. This is the 1st time I got so wet in e rain. Well, let's see who will fall sick 1st. & the one who get sick will get a free treat of ice cream from e other. haha..

Finally able to breathe le...

Finally UCCD, PSCM & HRM reports are done...Now u noe y I haven been updating blog for 2 weeks. My daily schedules are crazy lor..Everyday sure got something on de..Not this proj, is that proj. So much so tat I cant go out without my organizer wif mi..I will be lost. I had been going home late at night since last friday..Been "cinderella" a few times coz by the time i reach home already midnight le. Fell aslp wif my computer on for alot of nights & I got a few scoldings from my dad. My mum weird leh..See mi fall aslp wif computer on, wun wake mi up de. I asked her "why?" & she replied, "Later wake u up, u wun continue to slp le".. Diaoz lor..I need to do proj de!!! Last night was terrible. My UCCD grp wanted to stay up till abt at least 3am ba, but I fell aslp at about 1+am le..Jiayi & Huat also didnt stay till tat late also ba(nt tat sure)..Jingwei e best manz..Stayed till 5am, slp & woke up at 6am. Lucky my mum called mi if not I will continue to slp all e way. I was surprised to see Jw, Jy, Huat, Tobbie & Qj online early in e morning at about 7am. I went crazy & keep scolding myself for falling aslp. Haha..& I skipped whole dae's lesson to complete e projs. Travelling here & there to get things done. I think getting our UCCD handbook was realli interesting..We planned so well wat we wanted our handbook to look like & it sounded perfect. But after printing & designing den realise we overlook some stuffs & things turn out not as expected. haiz..Skipped lunch & dinner coz we juz didnt haf time or rather we forgt e time for those till our stomach are actually growling. Well, at least now can tk a break for awhile.

Ytd was 1st dae of SP open house. Yep, is that time of the yr again. CCF. Did duty ytd morning. Thought there wasnt going to be mani ppl but boy was i wrong. Crowd started to come in at about 11+am le ba..& e few of us were helping ard, doing our job. New course (Diploma in Tourism & Resort Management) was introduced & tat realli attract alot of students. Haiz, Y wasnt this course introduced earlier leh? Anyway, after duty went to tk a look at the SPINNOVEX & saw alex & jasper's projects. Interesting..Going to help out tml for SB de..Had BD registration ytd also. Now den I noe that my class full of kiasu ppl. haha..Y i sae so? Coz we need to queue up for e registration & my classmates are e 1st few in e the queue. I think I lost a little bit of my temper ytd. Been cursing b4 the registration. Sorry abt tat.

Juz flipped thru my calender & found out tat Chinese New Year is just 9 days away..So fast leh!! I thought still quite some time away. Muz be all those projs tat make mi lose track of time also. Coz I cant rmb wat's e date for everydae also. Den sometimes i speak also all weird weird stuffs come out de. Even I myself also dunno wat i toking. Being the blur mi is bad enuff, these few daes become more blur. plus travelling from east to west & west to east few times a dae can go crazy le..alrite..guess will stop here..wonder when will be e next time i blog again..

Let's Welcome 2006

Happie New Year!!! Wah..time flies ya? We had juz sent off 2005 & welcomed 2006. Lots of things happened over the past year & lots of different emotions. Learnt quite a lot. Hope 2006 is gonna be a wonderful year.

my new yr eve dae is fully packed de. Met jw, jy, huat & celine for uccd proj at Celine's hse. Now i find out that Hui mei's mum got a competitor le. haha...Hui mei's mum always asks us to eat whenever we go to her hse to do proj. Celine's dad even better. Tat dae he cooked lunch for us & kept asking us to eat more & more. Every now & then he will come in & asked whether we had enough but our bowl of rice is still full lor. Even after we finish our lunch & discussing for our proj, he still came in & ask whether we want more. But still, thanx celine's dad for e lunch. The bak ku teh was nice. Jiayi & I bought a bottle of bacardi each for ourselves & we had problem opening it. Thanx to bear for opening for us. hehe..Our proj ended rather early lor..Den I cant go home coz having dinner at my grandma place. So slack at Celine's place den went to Causeway point wif Jiayi. Thanx jy for accompanying mi.

After celebrating Kellyn's bdae at grandma's place, went to meet diana & hy at esplanade le. This yr's countdown is definitely something I will nv forget. We cant find 2 ppl from year 2005 to 2006. haha..read on den u will noe y. Suppose to countdown wif e gals, alex tan & zhenglong but e place was crowded den zl cant find us. In the end, he at Fullerton Hotel. The reception over there was a big big problem also. Had great trouble trying to contact each other. Alex was over e other side of esplanade den we 3 gals squeeze all e way to find him but kenna blocked. In the end, we splitted into 3 groups when we welcome 2006. The fireworks was nice..After which, we went to find alex n zl. Haha..Zhenglong was together wif frankie la..They rather ke lian la..The moment we saw them, we spray the snow spray at them. Wah..den all of us like gone crazy kept spraying non-stop. Wanted to go to pub but sae too crowded n stuffs so in e end dunno how come sae go my place. In the end, oni diana, hy, zl & alex came over. As usual la, we 3 gals were like asking alex to let us sit on his bike. In the end, I sat coz need to direct him to my place la. The rest went to buy beer. 1st time ride bike. Initially felt weird la, kinda scary. haha..but after get out of carpark for awhile, i ok le..It was fun, nice n cooling ..hehe..Reached my hse b4 the other 3 did so waited for them at e small gate. For a moment I feel i'm a watch dog. Sitting there, waiting....chit chat for e whole nite. Alex weak sia..From the chair, he went to sit on e floor, later on, lying on e floor liao. Hy also weak sia..After alex left, she went to slp liao..Left mi, zl n diana entertaining ourselves. Went to simei for breakfast & finally I get to slp at 12pm. It's been a long time I stayed up for tat long sia..Stayed up from year 2005 to year 2006 sia..Great achievement hor?? haha..Wat a nice & memorable new yr eve & day. haha..

SPAC2GO 10th Anniversary

Happie Birthday SPAC2GO!!! 10 yrs old le..hit 2 digits le worx. Finally the day arrives on 30th Dec 2005. The organizing committees had been busy for the past month for the BIG event. Muz thank them n rest of members for the effort they had put in.

Winnie, Tin Wei & myself went to Vanda room at about 11plus am to help out with the deco. Later on some other committees came over to help le. We actually managed to blow & pump all 300 balloons. Wat a great achievement! But at the end of the day, my hand was aching le. Pump for 2 hrs leh..u sae will ache not la..We all busy till muz da bao lunch to vanda room. No time to go out for lunch. When the time for event to start is getting nearer, I also start to get worried. Coz at about 6.40pm, only 1 alumni turn up, den some current members still haven arrived. But luckily after awhile, the alumnis arrived le. Event only started at 7.30pm and everything got pushed back. It was rather messy thruout the event but we somehow managed to end everything in time by 10pm. The whole event was much like a wedding dinner? Coz there was a table outside the vanda room for reception plus telling them which table are they allocated to. Halfway thru dinner, the yr 1s & some yr 2s were very high la.. Went to every table & did the "yum seng" thingy. Quite a few were like asking who's the bridegroom & bride. We had Shah & Xue Jin to perform a Hip-Hop dance. Thanx alot. Speaking of xuejin..he had been bugging mi the whole time b4 the event starts. He kept asking mi to perform on e piano n stuffs. Like small boi boi keep pulling my shirt. Aiyo..Wanted to have a mass dance also de but becoz of time constraint it wasnt carried out. So the oni BIG programme for the night was Mr & Ms SPAC2GO. Ya..same as last yr..but this yr we had 10 couples(coz 10th Anni ma). This yr's couple chosen was like sabo each other de la..Let mi see..who r the couples?

The games to determined which couple is the winner was rather stupid la. All play b4 de. There was this "clipping game" where clips are on the guy and the gal is supposed to take off the clips with blindfold on. 2nd game is whereby the gal gotta bite on a slice of bread. The guy suppose to bite a heart shape out of it. Mei xiang dao Diana & Zhenglong managed to did it in e shortest time & had the best looking heart shape. After the vote, they won sia. Initially they wasnt chosen as one of the couple de. I last minute sabo them & put their name down. I didnt choose the wrong couple rite? hehehe..Till now I'm still shocked of wat Zheng Long had done after they won. Anyway, hope everyone enjoyed. Well, I did enjoy myself.
