Hi ppl, I'm back!!! I haven been able to get on net for about a week? Ok la..maybe I managed to get online for the max of 1 hr only. It's always when I get home to check my mail for projects. Dad had his heart operation last wed. Sis & I missed lessons for that whole week. Stayed with Dad every night at the hospital. Dad was wheeled into the operating theatre at 7.45am, and operation started at 9am. Doctor Chua told us that Dad should be out about 1pm so Koo Koo, 1st uncle, mum, Eddie, sis & I were waiting outside the operating theatre. Mum's phone rang at about 11.50am. It was a call from the nurse asking mum to go to somewhere (the nurse didnt sae clearly also). Mum went into the operating theatre. All of us panicked of coz. Suddenly call mum & ask her go to operating theatre is definitely not a good news. Mum went in for a long time. Before she's out, Nurse Goh called me to follow her. She said dad out le, in ICU. Phew...So the call from nurse was to inform us that dad had completed his operation. Wah lau..sae properly ma..Mum & I were the 1st two to enter ICU. Dad's body was full of tubes. See liao very xin tong. There's this breathing tube of the size of washing machine tube lor. Dad woke up in the late afternoon. Sis & I didnt really noe wat dad was saying coz his throat was sore due to the insertion of the breathing tube down his throat. But dad was strong, he recovered fast & he was out of ICU the next day, to the High Dependency ward. Stayed there for about 7 hrs before moving back to the general ward. So glad that Dad is recovering well. Few days later, he started to walk for a short distance. But then, he think he very clever liao lor. Wan to do things on his own, etc. Mum & I almost make the nurses tie him up. So stubborn. We had a few meals at the SGH foodcourt, eat till we sianz. Lucky when Xiao Qing jie jie, Ee Ee & 1st uncle come visit will da bao for us. Thanx alot manz. There was once we had crab beehoon. Yummy!! Haha..Poor dad can only smell but not eat. Dad's frenz came, relatives came to visit. Should have brought a recorder coz dad had been repeating what the operation was all about again & again. I think dad's colleagues were the best manz. The information of dad's condition got distorted real bad. A few of dad's colleagues received the info as "dad's vein burst, ICU for few days b4 operation. After operation ICU few days again." Wah..pengz lor..We were all laughing when we hear that. So they were very surprised when they saw dad looking rather well. Anyway, Dad was discharged this afternoon. Once reached back home, Dad tried to be clever again, wan to do this & that. OMG!!! Really like small kid like tat, tell them also wun listen de. Now dad's diet gotta change. He cant consume green vegetables, beancurd, beans or anything that has high in vitamin K. But this is only for a short period of time. He can regain eating all those once he stopped one of his medication. Now our house is full of fruits, chicken essence, aloe vera, bird nest, biscuits. No need to shop for these things for quite some time le.

Thanx to huimei & jiayi for lending me their notes. Anyway, becoz of my dad's condition, I've been really MIA for projects. Really like nv put much effort in doing de. So sorry. But ya, now I'm back, so shldnt be much prob le ba.

My ah ma also had operation on monday. Haiz..She fell down while walking down the stairs in her house. (coz she was worried abt my dad's operation). She called my 3rd uncle but my 3rd uncle told her, "u have to wait till 2pm leh coz i meeting a client." Ah ma den called my 4th uncle. He & his wife brought her to those chinese massaging. The so called "physician" help her to massage & it seems to got worse. 1st uncle flew back from china biz trip to bring ah ma go for X-Ray. She was supposed to admit into hospital but then she wan to visit dad so waited till operation was over then she was admitted to hospital. Doctor said that her hip bone area was dislocated. In the end, need an operation to put 3 screws in. The best thing was ah ma is admitted into Alexandra hospital. Different from dad's. So not very convenient. 1st time went to Alexandra Hospital. Look so dead lor. So quiet de (not tat it should be very noisy either). ah ma's operation was supposed to be at 10am. But delay till 11am. 11am dun haf still, say 1pm. 1pm still nothing, they sae 3pm. Finally my uncle couldnt take it. He went up to the nurse counter & said, "if my mum is not going to have her operation within the next half an hour, I will transfer her to another hospital." Immediately, the nurse started to pick up the phone & call. Finally, ah ma had her operation at 4.30pm. Service so bad de lehz...My goodness. She looks fine just that she need to be on the wheel chair for 6weeks. Guess now our family has 2 "babies" to be nagged at & look after. Funny thing is that dad & ah ma can tell each other to rest & dun walk about but then they oni noe how to sae others. Come to themselves, they will start to do everything on their own.

Blog about poly 50 over here also la. Finally it's over!!! Senior vs Juniors once again. This time round, strategies were made at the very last minute. Some runners didnt even noe the route even on the day itself. The running wasnt as tough as we expected. Some even said that the previous poly 50 we had was more challenging coz the other time we had 2 teams also (senior vs junior). Seniors & juniors were like competing against each other. This time round, we juz merely run for fun. Enjoy running kind. Though we may not run as good as compared to the previous poly 50, it's alrite. At least we made it as a team, as a club. It will definitely be a memorable one. 1st time I join this kind of running competition? I would nv imagine myself doing that. But then again, we join this not to compete. But to run as a club. And we did it in the end. Yeah!!! Now my face got sunburnt & my body aches. haha...Muz be facing the sun for quite some time. Need to look out for people ma..Well, set a date for our poly 50 treat soon lehz...haha..opps not treat ba..juz a poly 50 meal.
