Some things which had taken place in the last month of 2008.

6th Dec (Sat)
Rushed to 4 people's 21st Bdae celebration. It was crazy. Went to meet my 4A gals at EHub Gelare to celebrate Yanyan & Guan Hui's bdae at about 5.30pm. Some were late and we only got started at about 6pm. Mr Lim came to fetch me at 6.45pm and reached Changi Rise about 7plus for Huat's bdae at the bbq pit. Had some food, unable to stay longer coz Mr Lim & I have to rush off to Pasir Ris again for Diana's bdae celebration. Yeah. To & fro. Reached Diana's place just in time for cut cake. Spent long time taking photos, eating cake, did some catch up with the spac2go & my 4A gals. Lucky Sharky Alvin was there to accompany Mr Lim. If not i'll be like so bad leaving him all alone most of the time. opps. What a day of rushing.

18th Dec (Thurs)
Sis's posting result was out. Got into her 2nd choice, Chung Cheng High School (Main).

19th Dec (Fri)
My family went to Chung Cheng with sis to report to school. Decided not to appeal for any other schools since sis like the school as well. Let her decide ba.

Had early lunch and went home, pack things, had dinner and went off to Golden Mile Complex to meet my 三姨 family, 四姨 & jas. We are going to Genting for 3 days. Actually Mr Lim was supposed to go, but due to some unforeseen circumstances (irritating), he cant make it at the last min. In order not to let the ticket be wasted, I decided to ask Jas along. It was a very last min thing and she agreed on the spot. Boarded the coach at 10.30pm and couldnt have a good slp on board till midnight.

20th Dec (Sat)
Yeah.. reached Genting. It was super cold when we just got off the coach. Very misty. It was like 6plus in the morning, cant check in yet. So dropped off our luggages at the lobby and went for buffet breakfast so we can kill time before heading off to the programmes of the day. While 三姨丈 & 三姨 were off "working" at the casino, the rest of us went for the indoor games since outside was raining & misty. Halfway thru the day, went back to lobby to meet to check in but check in time was delayed so we went for lunch instead. And then we met our distant relatives from M'sia. My 三姨 invited them for the day. Till now I'm still not sure which generation are they in. It's just too confusing. After lunch, it was still waiting. So Jas, sis & I went to arcade. And stupid arcade, cheat our money. They used the card tapping system, but it didnt work almost everytime. After a few games, we decided to check with the counter. I took the card & told him, "can check the amount?" He was not even looking, moreover listening to me. He was just counting money, talking to someone else. then he just returned me the deposit. ?!?!?!?! I didnt ask for refund! I was so stunned. Jas too. Couldnt be bothered anymore. Anyway not much money left according to what we've calculated. Went back to lobby, waited for mum to come down to fetch us up to our rooms since we cant take the lift without the room card. Met the distant relatives, took the lift tgt. We were on the Ground floor, when we reached the 1st floor, door opened. Nobody, only tables, chairs. Door closed. Lift didnt move and the door opened again. It went on and on for awhile before someone came to ask us what happen. He tried to hold on to the door but failed. After a few tries, the lift managed to stay close till 18th floor. We bathed then continued to play a few more games before we meet for dinner. And is time for young ones to go for "work". As expected, jas & I were told to present our passport before entering into the casino. We look too young u see. It was very smoky, lots of people. Being newbies, we go for the simplest game, Jackpot. Not much luck. Lost everything.

21st Dec (Sun)
Went for Dim Sum breakfast. I love the food at that restaurant. Went to purchase outdoor theme park tickets for my family & jas. The rest were on their own. Was so pissed off with one of the ride. Queued for 45mins for a stupid dum dum ride. We managed to take almost the thrill rides. almost coz halfway through, it started to get misty and raining. rides were close. sadded. always like that. Jas & sis won themselves 2 graduation bears each, and I got a very bombastic hairy lion. The lion seriously needs a new hairdo. Anyway, the soles of my sis's shoes came off, so went shopping for her new shoe. Dinner was KFC since we don't want any chinese food. Yeah... dinner over means "working" time. Went back to hotel 1st to rest. Dad & sis went off to do some walking while the rest in casino. I think I'm really so lucky that night. Won a mini jackpot & managed to win back a little at the end of the day. Jas, rmb to go back to that 3 machines. They brought all of us luck. hahaha. And because of that, we couldnt bring ourselves to leave the place till about 2plus in the morning.

22nd Dec (Mon)
Had breakfast and set off to the bus terminal to head off back to Singapore.

24th Dec (Wed)
Went to temple pray pray then went to Jurong Point with family. While they were shopping, Mr Lim & I shopped for the xmas gift exchange.

25th Dec (Thurs)
Merry Xmas! Dad fixed my table & helped a little with the carrying of stuffs here & there. Met the royal clique at Novena for xmas steamboat dinner. Had our gift exchange after dinner. It was fun, opening the pressies. =) I managed to catch a free ride home from huat. thks.

26th Dec (Fri)
Finally went to perm my hair. Did a digital perm. After months of consideration, I've decided to give it a shot. I'm happy with it just that it's so difficult to maintain.

27th Dec (Sat)
Mr Lim came over to my place 1st before we went out and he kept complaining that I took so long to get dressed up. It wasnt very long what. Went to Ehub to watch Yes Man. Pretty funny show. In the beginnning of the show, Jim Carrey was so serious and that was so not like him. I still picture him as the funny, crazy guy. If that is not what I see, that is not Jim Carrey. Head down to Raffles City, supposed to buy Krumpler bag but it was so expensive. So went shopping around. Bought a top & Puma bag. Happy happy gal.

28th Dec (Sun)
Went over to Uncle Yeo place to bring back more boxes. Left 2 more and we are done!

Dinner was at 三姨 house. Celebrate her bdae in advanced. It was a tiring night at her place. After dinner, sis & I were busy entertaining our nephew (Benjamin) & niece (Cheryl). Ben was playing some fishing game using his dad's iphone. He kept showing us and started to have the idea of him being the fish & we are suppose to fish him out. We used bolster as the fishing rod!!! gosh. Ben also had a wonderful imagination. He took out all his toy cars and played with them, telling us what happen to this & that. Then Cheryl will just anyhow play & laugh at her bro & will start saying, "Funny gor gor". lolx.

Today, went to sis's school orientation campfire. Principal told us that it would be a campfire that we will never forget. Indeed we wont because we were bored, hungry & perspiring.
