Outing...

Class ended early ytd since there was only "job interview" going on. Well, it was commented that I appeared to look confident but she still able to see my nervous side. But overall still alright la. After my interview, met Diana, HuiYing & Andy at Bugis before meeting the rest of the Strawberry family at 7pm. Walked around to kill time. In the end, we walked to Marina Square from Bugis. Reached there at about 6.30pm and we waited outside Seoul Garden. 14 of us....had so much fun. It's been a long time since I meet all the strawberry members. Took lots of food, and as usual, we cooked for one another. Diana had a weird way of cooking her food with love. She kept calling our names out while cooking the meat. And it sounded like calling those spirit from the other world. Anyway, ytd was a bdae celebration for Valentia & Andy. Also, to welcome the 2 new members (Daniel & Daryl) to strawberry family. Lots of leftover food & we started to play "Zhong ji mi ma". Forfeit was to drink/eat one scoop (ladle) of a special created food. 1st bowl was a mixture of ice kachang with strawberry ice cream, chicken soup, fishball, otah. I kenna the 1st time round. Argh... But then, it didnt taste so bad after all.. haha.. Den Zhenglong created a 2nd bowl which was seriously disgusting. Mixture of ice kachang, chicken soup, sze chuan vegetable, mushrooms, & many many other stuffs. Diana, Daniel, Pui Shan, Myself kenna. That was real disgusting. Much more worse than the 1st bowl. Is salty & some other kind of smell. Tink coz of the mushroom. Eww... After all the fun was photo taking session. People would haf thought we were some bunch of crazy tourists. Even took pics in shopping centre. So now have another east side member, that is Daryl. Diana & Daryl got off at Simei & decided to take bus 12 home. Being such a nice person, I accompanied them. And boy was the wait long. At least a good 30 mins. But then, nice talking to Daryl. Diana & I were rather surprised by him. 人不可貌相

Sec 4A gathering

Had our Sec 4A gathering last nite at Marina Square's Cafe Cartel. Thanx to Weizhen who organized this gathering. It's been a long time since I last met my ex-classmates & I noe they had been grumbling about it, especially my gang. Hehe.. Sorry I missed out so many of the gatherings. But anyway, the last time I met my class was at sze kiat's 18th bdae which was like more than a yr ago? Ytd, met my gang outside K-box before going to Cafe Cartel. We were walking pass Cafe Cartel when we saw some familiar faces sitting inside. I spotted Sze Kiat 1st, den saw Hing Wan & Duan Ying. There was this guy who sat beside Sze Kiat whom I didnt recognize initially. It was Wee Loong. Haha..tink becoz of his cap which covered part of his face, plus, he was tanned due to NS la. Went in & started to chit chat about our memories. Tink I had a great time chatting about our childishness with Guanhui. Rite? hehe..our "Children"? Got married, & had their honeymoon. Can't believe we were so childish then. As our other classmate arrived, the feeling is just so weird. Is as though hadnt seen them for like a decade? Maybe tat's abit exaggerating but yep, is kinda awkward. Had some photo taking session last nite though wif my gang la. hehe.. Huiying, Bella, Guan Hui & I ordered Chicken Combo which was meant for 5 persons. It was huge.. We didnt manage to finish all. Lucky Ellyn helped us finished them. After spending about 2.5 hrs at Cafe Cartel, we called the bill & went off. Some went to Pub, while some went home or Esplanade. Well, since is such a rare chance to catch up with one another, bella, guanhui, hy, diana & I decided to go to Esplanade to chit chat. Well, as such plan for our xmas celebration. hehe..I'll try to make it this yr okie? Came back home & lots of memories came to my mind. How time changes everything. How ppl grow as time goes by. Wonder what will happen to my poly frenz after we grad.

No more of the many rehearsals we had for the past week. Had bread for lunch for few days, going home late, missing lessons. Finally, the CIMS competition is over. We emerged as the 2nd winning the silver award. Lost to Republic Polytechnic. It was real disappointing that we didnt get the championship but then, at least we did better than last year. Now the stress is going to be on the next batch. Thanx to zheng min, qiuling, celine, huat & jingwei who were there supporting us. And of coz, not forgetting, our 3 lecturers, Mr Seetoh, Mrs Tang & Mr Victor Joe. I didnt noe that anticipating the results was such a terrible feeling. There was so much suspense when announcing the Gold Award. Thanx to all lecturers who had helped & guided us along the way. Went to watch "Silk" after the competition & it was ermz...nt scary at all. Not nice. So ppl dun watch it.

100th Anniversary

Tao Nan School is celebrating its 100th Anniversary on the 4th Nov 2006. And I'm going back!!! yeah... hehe..when I was in P6, I told myself that I will returned back to TNS for the 100th Anniversary celebration. Anyway, Tao Nan is currently selling TNS Bear in P.E. shirt & shorts at $15.

Went for the SP musical on the 6th Oct, their 1st show. Didnt really wanted to go initially becoz of the slight preview performance during President Star Charity show. It was lame & doesnt interest me. But then, each club gotta buy 5 tickets & nobody seems to be going, I just went ahead. So I was there wif jw, diana, frankie, zl & his frenz. Must say the musical was a successful one. The songs, lyrics, music, performance, performers were good. Specially love the song on "Best Friends". Is meaningful la, or maybe becoz things were running thru my mind at that point of time. Saw some DJ (cant rmb his name), music production ppl, val & daniel. Was taken aback when I saw a "Gengapore" (mixture of Genting & Singapore) when I came out of the NUS cultural centre. Yep..becoz of the stupid haze. Went back straight wif diana, frankie & zl. Yawn~..tired for the day.

Btw, Happie Birthday to my sis!!! Finally 2 digits le. 10 yrs old liao. Didnt manage to have a bdae party for her this yr coz it crashed wif my niece's 1st yr bdae party. My niece's bdae party was held at York Hotel. Very grand. As though someone having a wedding. Cheryl (my niece) was like a little princess, little bride. So cute & pretty. Unfortunately, she was down with slight fever, nt feeling well. So throughout the day, she was like "gong gong" de. Lucky no games also. After the party, went off to Takashimaya to shop, had dinner at Marche @ Suntec. And guess who I saw. My ex-principal of Tao Nan School. So so long never see him. Hehe, he dunno me also la. Was having trouble finding a cake for sis at Suntec, walking from one end to the other. In the end, we saw "绝对 Superstar". Think they are having the competition over there coz when I saw them, they were announcing who were in for the next round. Came home & cut the bdae cake. Sis made me play wif her wif her new toys. Diaoz...

1st Oct, Childrens' Day. A year ago on 1st Oct, I received a present from someone who delivered it to my place. Still remember, I was told to passed the message to wish my sis "Happie Childrens' Day" last year.

Things happened a yr ago will be a memory. This year on 1st Oct, I plucked up my courage & stepped into a new journey. Hope this journey can lasts as long as it goes.
