Hihi, I'm back from my cruise. Yes, been back for few days but didnt have time to blog coz been rushing to burn all the videos & photos for my cousin & his wife who are leaving singapore back to their home tml. Anyway, shall update some things over here.

25th Nov 2007
My cousin, Rachel's Bdae at chalet. I was kinda bored there coz no games suitable ma. All 11yrs & below. So I just helped my 2 cousins, Cheryl & Alvin, fill up water bombs lor. Then we had photo taking session. Initially only all the children taking the pics. Then all the uncles & aunties were like calling all the cousins to join in as well. Then it's like so weird to join in the kids la. Like children. Myself 20yrs old, Alvin 15yrs old. They forgotten about my other cousin, Derek who is 26yrs old. Haha.. So in the photo, you will see all the kids with 3 slightly older children around.

1st Dec 2007
The big day for my ah ma, a day which was planned a year ago. It was my ah ma's 80th bdae. Actually, quite difficult to imagine she's that old (her age that is) coz to me she's still like in her 70s. Always so energetic, travel around, be it in Singapore or the world. So, the planning & organzing was done by the children. Went to try out the dishes at different places, finally decided on Wah Lok Restaurant at Carlton Hotel. Booked a private room of 8 tables for dinner. We hired a professional photographer as well to have our family photo taken. Ah Ma 是世界最幸福的女人. Everyone were there to celebrate her bdae, moreover, a surprise turn up by my cousin, Ian from London. She was so happy that she cried. We had a short drama on the day Ian arrived. We had him sitting at one table, the rest of the relatives & ah ma sat at one table. We wanted to see whether ah ma will spot Ian & approached. When she finally saw, she just went ahead & call him. As expected, she started to "scold" Ian for not telling her that he was coming. Haha. Back to Ah Ma's bdae dinner. Our family went early to have our photos taken before the guests arrived. By the time all the guests arrived, & ready to start dinner, it was already 8pm. We were all so hungry. The sitting arrangements were kinda interesting. 1st time we had all the LOCAL grandchildren sitting at 1 table with the 2 maids. Funny to use the word local rite? But that was what my mum told me. Coz ah ma has another 2 grandchildren, Ian & Derek, overseas ma. So I was joking with my family that I am the eldest among the LOCAL grandchildren but the 3rd eldest among the INTERNATIONAL grandchildren. Haha.. The food for that night was alright. Not that fantastic. Only like the Peking duck. Children are always very picky with their food so they will usually push their unwanted food to their parents. Since that day, no parents around on our table, my 2 cheeky cousins, Alvin & Cheryl, & sis placed all their sea cucumbers on my plate!!! I wasnt around when they did it. So when I came back, I got a shocked! Coz my plate was overflowing! Seriously. Shld haf taken a pic of it. But of coz i didnt finish all la. Siao, eat so much. Then was cake cutting session. We even had a photo taking at each table, machiam like wedding. Finally, after last dish was served, it was the end of everything. Yeah...

2nd Dec 2007 to 5th Dec

Another thing that was planned few months back. Dad suggested the "Ng" family should go to cruise together, afterall, is very rare to have koo koo family to be in Singapore. However, only ah ma, 姑姑, 姑丈, Derek, Jennifer, Uncle Poh Seng family, my family, Uncle Poh Heng family & Rachel went. Uncle Poh Kee, Aunty Chris & Cheryl wont free. 18 of us went on Superstar Virgo, to Penang & Phuket, for 4days 3nights. This my 3rd time on board & finally there's gang around, so will be more fun. My dad did videoing & he videoed me doing something so ugly!!! And he didnt tell me till he finished videoing me. Hmph. Summore I need to burn some of the videos for my relatives lor. Now make me edit.

Arrived at Penang on 3rd Dec. The taxi drivers over there were scary manz. You haven even got the chance to stepped onto the land of Penang, they come rushing to you asking whether we wanted taxi. We ignored them & they gave us attitude. WTH. Uncle Poh Seng happened to have a friend at Penang. His friend is so nice to drive us from place to place. And because there were 12 of us at Penang, his friend gotta drive us 2 to 3 trips. So paiseh. He also brought us to try famous dishes like Cha Kuey Diao. Well, it was something different since food on board the ship was boring. Returned back to ship in the late afternoon. Went to "play" water, jakuzzi. Had bbq dinner. It was also ah ma's actual bdae so we bought a cake from one of the cafe & helped ah ma sing bdae song. That night, mum, Aunty Man Lou & I decided to go to Casino. My whole idea was to just take a look coz I wanted to take a look. Went in, mum gave me $50 & asked me go play. Dotz. I didnt expect that. She still say, "Go play la, then stand here for what? Go play, dun come disturb me." Haha.. So see mum play awhile then Aunty Man Lou & I went to play. Only played jackpot coz is easiest. Just press the buttons only. No more those pull handle type le.

Arrived at Phuket on 4th Dec. Very hot!! There were many constructions going on coz of the Tsunami 3 years ago. We only walked around the shops along the beach. Had Thai lunch. It was great!!! Then went back to ship. We had Gala Dinner that night. It's nothing special, just that you have your dinner served & in a more high class area. Watched topless show. BORING!! Almost fell aslp. The one I saw in Las Vegas was better, nicer costumes.

5th Dec was last day. I accompanied the 3 small girls to some activities session. In the end, I joined in as well. Haha.. Too bored. But in anycase, I had been accompanying them throughout the trip la. Coz my generation de, the "grouping wise" kinda weird la. Derek & Jen were on their own. Ryan & Keith were with their parents if not on their own. Then left Alvin, Kellyn, Rachel, sis & I. The 3 girls are aged 11yrs & below lor. Then I like inbetween no where. Haha.. But it was fun being with Alvin & the 3 girls. But noisy as well. Talked non stop. Hehe. Oh ya. I woke up with a bad stomachache. Diarhoea before I went for breakfast. Didnt have appetite during breakfast. Ate a few mouthfuls of cereal & that's it. I vomited. And it was food from the gala dinner. Mushrooms! Sianz. That whole day, I couldnt eat much. Almost vomited during dinner. Came home, vomited again about 3am. Had medicine & now I'm fine.

The days I'm on cruise was dear's free days as well coz he pop from his BSLC. So coincidence. Everytime he pop, I not free. The other time, my grandpa passed away. This time round was cruise. Haha.
